RODO – LAW FOR FOREIGNERS

RODO (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) for foreigners.

On the basis of the GRPR (GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation) called in Poland – „RODO” the nationality of people whose data is processed or those who process the data does not matter.

The provisions of the GDPR (RODO) are subject to all foreign entrepreneurs coming from outside the European Union, who operate in the European Union and process personal data.

Moreover, the protection provided by the provisions of the GDPR (RODO) is subject to every person – foreigners from third countries (outside EU) eg Belarus, Ukraine, Korea, China, whose personal data are processed by entrepreneurs operating in the European Union, therefore the data of these persons should be processed in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (RODO).
